Pensiunea este structurata pe 2 corpuri de case separate care gazduiesc 44 locuri de cazare, la standarde moderne, functionale, teren 1407 m patrati imprejmuit cu gard si poarta fier forjat automata, foisor amenajat, parcare si terasele aferente.
Cladirea1( corpul A ) functioneaza in regim de Pensiune autorizata si este compusa din subsol , parter , et. 1 , et. 2 si este desfasurata dupa cum urmeaza:
Subsol : bucatarie mobilata si utilata profesional pentru restaurant cu un lift care distribuie la sala de mese produsele alimentare , camere de frigidere , beci , magazie materiale consumabile si spalatorie, dotata, unde se gasesc si 2 centrale pe gaz .
Parter : sala de mese , WC serviciu , debara , bucatarie cu sala de mese open space . (In acest loc ajunge si liftul) , camara , 2 dormitoare fiecare cu baie proprie si o terasa generoasa cu iesire directa in curte
Etajul 1 si etajul 2 :sunt structurate pe 3 camere duble si un apartament , fiecare cu baie proprie si balcoane orientate catre Castelul Bran. Toate camerele sunt mobilate rustic cu mobila pictata manual. Pensiunea este construita pe stil rustic modern cu tamplarie de lemn stratificat , constructie de caramida izolata cu poliestiren izopor de 10 mm . Pensiunea se vinde la cheie cu mobilierul si aparatura aferenta.
Cladirea 2 ( corpul B ) se poate folosi tot ca destinatie de cazare, momentan destinatia acesteia este de locuinta dar gazduieste 20 de locuri de cazare.
Cladirea cuprinde : subsol parter, et 1, et. 2, impartite dupa cum urmeaza
Subsol : beci si camera tehnica
Parter : sala de mese , bucatarie , camara , WC de serviciu , dormitor cu baie proprie si dressing , o terasa de 45 m patrati
Etaj 1 : 2 apartamente , o camera dubla , fiecare cu dressing propriu si bai proprii si o terasa de aproximativ 18 m patrati
Etajul 2 : 2 apartamente cu baie proprie si 3 debarale
Cladirea este construita la susol din zidarie si restul pe structura de lemn cu materiale moderene , foarte bine izolata termic . Tamplaria este tot din lemn stratificat .

Pension is divided into two separate groups of houses that housed 44 beds modern and functional 1407 square meters land, fenced and automatic wrought iron gate, landscaped patio, parking and related terraces.
��Buildin 1 (Block A) maintained by the authorized pension and consists of basement, et. 1 et. 2 and is held as follows:
Basement: equipped kitchen professional restaurant with an elevator that distributes food to the dining room, room refrigerators, basement, shed and laundry supplies, equipped, where there are also two gas plants.
Ground floor: dining room, toilet, closet, kitchen with dining room open space. (In this place reach the elevator), pantry, 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom and a spacious terrace with direct exit in yard.
1st floor and 2nd floor: are structured in 3 double rooms and one suite, each with bathroom and balconies oriented Bran Castle. All rooms are furnished with rustic hand-painted furniture. The lodge is built on a modern rustic style with carpentry of wood, brick building insulated with polystyrene izopor 10 mm. Pension sells turnkey furniture and related equipment.
Building 2 (Block B) can be used also as a destination accommodation, currently home but its destination is hosting 20 beds.

Ground floor: dining room, kitchen, pantry, toilet service, bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, a terrace of 45 sq.m.
1st floor: 2 apartments, one double room, each with dressing room and bathroom and a terrace about 18 m square
2nd floor: 2 suites with bathrooms and three closets
The building at Susol masonry and timber frame remaining materials moderene very well insulated. The joinery is all wood.
